I went in for a relatively minor procedure to remove a skin tag on my eyelid. Dr Warillow noticed a couple of other skin irregularities which he removed at the same time. Prior to starting, he explained everything in what I would say was just the right amount of detail, in an easy to understand way. I felt very at ease & from start to finish was probably in & out within 10-15 minutes. A very caring specialist I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, in fact I have a return visit due, which I'm actually looking forward to ! The level of service I received was on a par with private treatment, that's how good he is.

Amazing. An absolute pleasure to meet Dr. Warrilow. I went in to Charing surgery for a minor procedure to have 2 cysts removed. Nothing too serious, but nevertheless not pleasant or something that you would expect 'amazing' feedback from. It was immediately apparent that this man and his lovely wife (who is also a doctor I believe, and was assisting on the day) are absolute experts in their field. Everything was fully explained to make sure that I was totally comfortable with everything that was happening. The care and attention paid was fantastic and I would go so far as to say that I actually enjoyed my morning! It is always a pleasure to meet somebody who is an expert at what they do, and takes real pride in their trade, but I would personally say that this is far more impressive and important where health is concerned. Thank you Dr. Warrilow. It was a real pleasure meeting you.

I was seen by Dr Warrilow after being referred to him by a dermatologist at Benenden in order to have a small BCC removed. Dr Warrilow put me very much at ease, explained in full what a BCC was and how he was going to treat it. I felt very confident that I was in good hands even though I had been dreading the procedure. The actual removal was very quick and efficient, he and his wife are a well rehearsed team and it all went very smoothly. I cannot think that anything would have improved my experience.
